'Crimson Twilight' - RWBY OC Weapon (Commission)

Here is my second commission! This weapon was extremely fun to design and model, and has a very fun and unique transformation. Be sure to check out Cambosa1 (cambosa1.deviantart.com/) for more of his OCs!

"The Crimson Twilight is a multi-form rifle used by Shinku Rathe, which uses pure dust filled energy cells in order to fire dust shots. Rathe is able to open or close the barrel shroud in order to change the gun’s mode. The transformation is smooth, and fast, allowing her to change modes while in the middle of battle. Dust cells are loaded in through a panel close to the top back of the gun.

The Sniper Mode is  Rathe's prefered way to use this weapon. Becoming a semi automatic rifle it can fire high powered dust shots, and can hit targets at a much longer range than in AR form, with deadly accuracy. In this mode it uses 5% of a cell's energy per shot. A sniper shot can break through the armor of Grimm like a Beowolf, or Ursa, but not heavy armored Grimm like a Death Stalker, however she would be able to target it’s weak points such as it’s eyes, or a crack in it’s armor (if any.)
